We, Tony and Corinn ,started out by working at a bakery in NJ. We then apprenticed for 3 years under a Master German baker until opening our own bakery in 2010. The bakery was very successful, and open for a year and a half. Recently we decided to take our business in another direction. Unforseen circumstances like a bridge being closed, and not opening for another 2 years has affected the area in which the bakery was in. So now we are bringing the bakery to you!
